The mac pro i believe has 2 gpus, so it would be perfect if i was able to assign one to each vm. My question is i can't seem to figure out how to assign each gpu to each vm.

Majority of the time i am on the mac os on the mac pro is remote and i would rather all the hardware go directly to the vms direct. In both cases, the work i want to get done on both os's, if i am not mistaken do not need the gpu.I came across vmware esxi and it is exactly what i want for my needs. On the mac side, i want to install a few programs.
On windows i wanted to install musicbee and replace my current music program on mac. I wanted to be able to run both mac and windows simultaneously to do certain things.
